So, last year I posted my Christmas card Krampus. This year, no cards, but here’s a Krampus drawing all the same with St. Nick in the lead.
In a pile of otherwise unimpressive sketches I found this. It’s pretty cute if I do say so myself.
Again, visually inspired to draw based on internetting. It is still the year of the dragon after all.
Hey ya’ll, I totally forgot that today was the Bean’s blogiversary. I am so sorry to myself. Only since I remembered, I guess I didn’t really forget and therefore do not need to be sorry. Honestly, I’m not really sure what day of the week it is, but I know that the LeEMS Bean was born on 12/12/2006, or that’s as far as anybody can trace it back, which makes it 6 years old today.

the amazing re-sizable kitty. which if you eat enough of, you will not be re-sizable, you will be very large. Crisco that is. don’t eat it straight. that’s not what I meant. and don’t eat my cat either. that’s not what I meant.
Shamelessly cliche. I know, but I had to do it.
I was scrolling through pages and pages of couches online in order to get an idea of what I wanted for a new couch. So, that night, I drew couches. I think this may become a shopping thing.
So, I saved the file while it was in progress and here are the steps. I even made a gif of it cause it was fun.
I find it really relaxing, but I’m never happy with how it stores – as in, smudging as soon as I close my sketchbook and also disliking fixative. I think this may be my first time posting a work in progress.
And, by work in progress, I mean I have plans for this drawing. I will post it when it is done too.
